WWhen I started gaming, every mousepad I tried felt slightly wrong. They were missing two things: quality and design. Most people shrug at that. I started a company.1
That company was FAIM. I owned sales, strategy and partnerships, and the partnerships became the backbone: more than two hundred of them, with creators, streamers, esports players and organisations, co-creating products we were proud to put our names on. I managed the whole company, sixteen employees, alongside countless agencies, partners and freelance designers, and moved to the US to scale it.2 In 2022, I sold FAIM to a private equity company.3 It’s the biggest thing I’ve ever done.
The deal isn’t what I’m proudest of. It’s who I had to become to get there: the person who makes the extra call, rewrites the page one more time, and stays optimistic when the numbers say otherwise.
Since then I’ve led design across international e-commerce brands, won a national sales competition two years in a row, and co-founded Delta Ventures, where we build and invest. Along the way I played PUBG and Fortnite professionally and produced the biggest stream at a Counter-Strike Major. And my family’s reindeer farm keeps my feet in the snow through every chapter.
I want to be the most driven person in every room. Not the loudest. The most prepared. The next book is New York, and I’m already writing it.
